Crafting Amway’s First AI-Led Loyalty Campaign

  • Amway wanted to introduce a new Loyalty Program designed to strengthen its relationship with Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and drive long-term engagement. The challenge was to launch at scale across multiple markets and languages, while building awareness of program tiers, benefits, and rewards, and ensuring ABOs felt valued as true partners in Amway’s growth journey.​
  • DViO Digital’s mandate was to design, launch, and execute this program end-to-end. Every stage of execution was powered by AI-driven innovation, making this one of Amway’s first fully AI-enabled campaigns.​

THE TASK AT HAND​

  • Multi-market launch : The program had to roll out across multiple geographies, each with different cultural contexts, market maturity, and communication styles, demanding consistency without losing local relevance.
  • Multilingual scale : With six vernacular languages to cover, copy, scripts, graphics, and voiceovers all needed rapid adaptation and localization. Manual execution would have slowed delivery and risked inconsistency.
  • Complex framework : The loyalty program included tiers, vouchers, and rewards. The challenge was to present this detailed structure in a way that was simple, clear, and aspirational for ABOs.
  • Tight timelines : From brand identity to films and regionalized content, the entire campaign had to be conceptualized, produced, and delivered under strict deadlines.
  • Emotional resonance : Beyond information, the campaign had to spark pride, inclusivity, and belonging, ensuring ABOs felt recognized and celebrated as partners in Amway’s growth.

EXECUTION AT SCALE​

  • DViO built the program around “Naam Bhi. Pehchaan Bhi.”, a brand idea that celebrated ABO pride and recognition. AI drove speed and scale across every stage, from designing logos, key visuals, and multilingual copy, to pre-visualizing and scripting films across 12 cities. Anthem, explainer, and campaign films were produced faster through AI-assisted storyboarding, animation, editing, and grading. Finally, AI automation streamlined localization and versioning, ensuring consistency across markets. This end-to-end AI-enabled approach turned a complex, multi-market rollout into a fast, unified campaign delivered at scale.​
